Jeff Nuche

Founding Partner
As the Head of the General Construction Division at NIT, Jeff Nuche has overseen the successful completion of more than $500MM worth of developments across 13 different states. Jeff holds an MS in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver and a BS in Construction from SHSU. His 15-plus years of experience in developing and constructing commercial real estate have included expertise in a wide range of property types from multifamily and hospitality to industrial assets. Jeff’s core responsibilities at NIT include managing investor relations and managing development operations. His leadership has established NIT's reputation for excellence in construction, earning them the trust of clients across the nation.

Jason Tangen

Founding Partner
Jason Tangen holds over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on industrial real estate investment strategy. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado and has completed the Real Estate Certificate Program and International Business Certificate Program. He is a founding member of NIT and is currently a Principal at Colliers International Houston office. His expertise encompasses a wide range of investment services, including buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, development, sale-leasebacks, design-build, and other investment-oriented transactions. Jason has a proven track record in representing clients of all sizes, from small private family funds and family offices to publicly traded REITs and other institutional investors. He has also represented large middle market and investment-grade credit tenants, advising on build-to-suit and design-build transactions, and continues to maintain those relationships today.

Dustin Woodyard

Development Associate
Dustin is an accomplished real estate professional with expertise in site selection, underwriting, due diligence, entitlement, and project management. As the Development Associate with NIT, Dustin leverages his knowledge of site selection criteria for industrial warehouse and distribution developments to identify profitable investment opportunities. He also brings a wealth of experience in underwriting real estate investments to assess the financial feasibility of potential projects, ensuring that they are profitable. With a deep understanding of the due diligence process, Dustin is able to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate investments, protecting the company's assets and reputation. Dustin's experience navigating the entitlement process has helped NIT secure the necessary approvals and permits from local jurisdictions, reducing the risk of delays or legal issues. As a skilled project manager, Dustin ensures that NIT's real estate development projects are executed efficiently, completing them on time and within budget.. Dustin's expertise and contributions are essential to NIT's success in the highly competitive real estate market. Raised in Houston area, he holds a MS in Land & Property Development and a BS in Agriculture Economics from the Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the Aggie Real Estate Network. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, CrossFit, and many other outdoor activities. Residing in The Woodlands, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife Brianna and his Labrador retriever, Remi.
