Jeff, with his background in General Contracting, and Jason, with his experience in Investment and Brokerage, combine their skills to deliver superior solutions to investors. Jeff Nuche

Founding Partner
With 19 years of experience in the construction industry and over $1 billion in completed projects, Jeff has been a pivotal figure in the development and construction of industrial, retail, and multifamily investments across 12 states. Jeff currently oversees all aspects of construction, development, and site due diligence, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Jeff has successfully developed over 27 industrial buildings across Texas, specializing in Class A industrial warehouse and distribution facilities.

Jeff is also deeply committed to giving back to the community and supports various charitable causes, including the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Boot Campaign, and March of Dimes. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including NAIOP, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, ACRP, and the Urban Land Institute

Jason Tangen

Founding Partner
With 15 years of industrial real estate experience, Jason has consistently demonstrated his expertise and success in the industry. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado, with concentrations in Real Estate and International Business. Over the past five years, Jason has played a pivotal role in delivering over 4.5 million square feet of speculative industrial space.

Jason's career began with a solid foundation in investment sales, a background that has been crucial in his current responsibilities. These include sourcing equity and debt for each project, selecting optimal markets and sites, managing relationships with outside brokers, overseeing project-level underwriting and return metrics, and executing leasing strategies. He is also responsible for supervising the efforts of final disposition of stabilized projects prepared for sale.

Jason is dedicated to maximizing returns for LP equity partners, choosing locations that can endure market volatility, and staying ahead of industry trends. He places a strong emphasis on understanding both micro and macro market metrics to ensure the success of each project. Looking ahead, Jason aims to expand the company into an institutional-level development firm, ultimately seeking to raise a discretionary vehicle to facilitate both merchant building and long-term asset retention.

Dustin Woodyard

Director of Development
Dustin is an experienced real estate professional with over five years specializing in industrial real estate, having successfully delivered more than 2 million square feet of speculative industrial space. As the Director of Development at NIT, he oversees day-to-day operations including site selection, underwriting, site due diligence, entitlements, and project management. Dustin applies his expertise to ensure that each development optimizes returns for NIT’s investors.

Raised in Houston area, he holds a MS in Land & Property Development and a BS in Agriculture Economics from the Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the Aggie Real Estate Network. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, CrossFit, and many other outdoor activities.

Leanne Kuciemba

Operations manager
Leanne Kuciemba is an experienced Operations Manager with over 25 years in the development and construction industries, currently driving the vision of NIT Industrial. Leanne’s career is marked by her expertise in optimizing operational processes and creating scalable, standardized workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity. As a key leader at NIT Industrial, she is known for her collaborative management style and dedication to building a supportive team environment, empowering employees to achieve their best.

Leanne holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, bringing a diverse skill set to her role. Her passion for process improvement and effective communication unites departments and streamlines project execution, making her an invaluable asset to the company’s growth and success.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys hiking across the U.S., attending live music events, volunteering at her church, and spending quality time with her family.

Heather Strand

Controller
Heather Strand is the Controller for NIT Industrial. Heather has over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry overseeing portfolios up to 700MM within the public, private, and private equity sectors. Heather has handled more than 200 projects from contract negotiations to certificates of completion with project owners ensuring the accuracy of the accounting transactions, payments, and financials. As part of the NIT management team, Heather works directly with our investors’ accounting and financial departments, as well as lenders, to provide all financial aspects of asset investment from debt origination to property sale. Heather holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from SHSU.

Reagan O’Dell

Development Associate
Reagan is a highly skilled real estate professional with a solid educational and practical foundation across the development process. Having grown up in Taylor, TX, he pursued higher education at Texas A&M University, where he earned a BS in Construction Science and a MS in Land & Property Development.

In his role as a Development Associate with NIT, Reagan applies his development knowledge to refine site selection criteria for industrial warehouse and distribution developments, pinpointing promising investment opportunities. By integrating his understanding of the construction process with project underwriting, he meticulously evaluates the feasibility of potential projects. This approach ensures that each project is both physically viable and financially attainable, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Reagan brings meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to the due diligence process, effectively identifying and mitigating risks in real estate investments. His thorough evaluations and collaboration with team members ensure that all project aspects are analyzed, leading to informed investment decisions that align with NIT's strategic objectives. By navigating complex regulatory environments and efficiently securing approvals, he streamlines the development process and minimizes potential delays. His emerging expertise positions him as a valuable asset to the team in pursuing ambitious projects. In his free time, Reagan enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, snow-skiing, working out, and other various outdoor activities.
